Colby Gooding

Colby Gooding possesses extensive experience in IT leadership and project management, currently serving as Senior Director of IT Delivery at Compassion International since June 2013. Previous roles at Compassion International include Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering and Senior IT Product Manager. Prior experience includes managing IT applications at Atmel Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed oversight of senior analysts and developers, 24x7 support for manufacturing systems, and implementation of Agile methodologies. At Koch Business Solutions LP, Colby managed a significant shared services project for a web-based time and attendance solution. Earlier roles at LSI Logic involved various capacities as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Developer, contributing to a major fab applications upgrade.
