Dena Winner

Dena Winner, CFRE, currently serves as the Area Director of Donor Relations at Compassion International, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this, Dena was the Assistant Director of Development at Jefferson Health from December 2022 to August 2025, and served as Fund Development Associate at Living Branches from June 2018 to December 2022. Experience also includes roles at Immanuel Church of the Nazarene (2011 - May 2018), Arvina Marketing (2016 - March 2018), Market Day (2003 - 2015), as a Substitute Teacher at North Penn School District (2007 - 2012), and as a Clinical Research Associate at Covance (1993 - 1997). Dena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Eastern University.
