Josh Lyon

Josh Lyon is currently a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist at Compassion International, starting in January 2023. With extensive experience in digital marketing and optimization, Josh has previously held significant roles, including Senior Digital Testing and Targeting Associate at KeyBank, where responsibilities included leading testing strategies and monitoring performance in Adobe Analytics. Prior to that, Josh contributed to Lifeway Christian Resources in various optimization roles, enhancing their testing programs and improving web strategies. As an accomplished author since 2013, Josh has published three novels available on Amazon and is in the process of writing several more. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
