Lauren Frame

Lauren Frame, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Business Support Specialist III at Compassion International since July 2011. In this role, Lauren has managed various talent acquisition initiatives, including the implementation of new scheduling software to enhance efficiency for recruiters, managers, and candidates. Previous positions within Compassion International include HR Associate II and Audio/Visual Technician III, where Lauren focused on onboarding processes, record management, and standardizing team workflows.
