Leopold Sutedja

Leopold Sutedja is an experienced professional in program management and development, currently serving as the Manager of Program Support at Compassion International since July 2021. In this role, Leopold leads a team focused on creating and implementing holistic child development programs. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Habitat for Humanity Indonesia spanned over 13 years, during which Leopold progressed through various leadership positions, including Senior Operations Manager, Senior Manager of Market Development, and Senior Program Manager, overseeing substantial community development projects across multiple Indonesian provinces and engaging numerous stakeholders. Earlier career experiences include roles at TRP Architecture Consultant and HOFI Industry, contributing to operational management and marketing initiatives. Leopold holds a Master's degree in Business and Administration from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
