Sofia Clarin Jingco

Sofia Clarin Jingco serves as the Manager of Program Support at Compassion International, leading a team that provides technical support to church partners in various areas such as child protection and disaster response since March 2011. Previously, Sofia held roles including Global Advocacy Project Specialist and Program Effectiveness Research Specialist. Experience as an Independent Consultant includes engagements with Development Academy of the Philippines, ChildFund Philippines, UNICEF Manila, and various client organizations, focusing on training, evaluation, and facilitation. Sofia's earlier career includes positions at ChildFund International, Philippine Business for Social Progress, and Development Academy of the Philippines, contributing to governance training and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ateneo de Manila University, with further studies towards a Doctorate in Social Development.
