Monica Leclaire

Monica LeClaire, CPTD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and development. Currently serving as a Senior Resource Specialist at Compassion International since June 2022 and as an Adjunct Professor at Liberty University since August 2018, Monica has a rich background in leadership roles. Prior positions include Director of Learning and Development at The Evangelical Alliance Mission (TEAM) from August 2019 to June 2022 and various roles at the International Mission Board (IMB) from May 2012 to October 2018, including Senior Marketing/Brand Associate, Collegiate Mobilization Manager, and Student Mobilizer/Regional Recruiter. Monica's educational background includes a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Vanderbilt University, multiple master’s degrees from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Intercultural Leadership and Great Commission Studies, and a Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Affairs as well as Elementary Education from Florida State University.
