Robert Rwabwera

Robert Rwabwera is an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional, currently serving as an M&E-Learning Specialist at Compassion International since January 2021. Previously, Robert worked as a MEAL Specialist for GENESIS & GILGAL FOUNDATION- RWANDA, where a high-quality MEAL system was designed for a $5 million project focused on educational sponsorships. Robert also held roles as a Research Associate at IPAR-Rwanda, contributing to project logframe development, evaluations, and report writing. Furthermore, Robert was a Monitoring and Evaluation Consultant for CEBUDEMA LTD, leading an evaluation research project in collaboration with two government agencies. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree from Makerere University and multiple postgraduate diplomas and certificates in Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation.
