Thomas Louden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Compassion International since August 2019, Thomas supports the People and Culture team by integrating strategies, managing resources and budgets, and performing project diagnostics. Previously, Thomas held key roles including Vice President of Operations at US Strategic Command and US Space Command's Missile Warning Center, Principal of Strategy and US Embassy Support at USSOCOM, and Vice President of Global Aviation Maintenance at Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron ONE. Academic credentials include an MBA in Defense Finance from Naval Postgraduate School and a BBA from University of Colorado Boulder. Thomas holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and PROSCI Change Management Professional (CMP).
