Nathaniel Fisher

Nathaniel Fisher has over a decade of experience in project management and system improvement, currently serving as the Lead Tester in the Project Management Team at Compassion UK since November 2011. In this role, Nathaniel leads testing efforts using Agile methodologies and has also worked as an Innovation and Delivery Specialist, overseeing organization-wide systems improvements. Previously, Nathaniel tested system enhancements and ensured optimal user experiences as a Systems Development Support and contributed to holistic child development initiatives as a Supporter Relations Assistant. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Youth Worker at Guildford YMCA, where Nathaniel provided mentorship and organized events for young people. Nathaniel holds a degree in Youth and Children's Ministry from Oak Hill Theological College, completed in 2011.
