Sean Karanian has had a wide range of work experience since 2017. Sean began as an Associate Manager at Spring Creek Barbeque, where they supervised both back and front of house employees as MOD to ensure efficient work-flow and customer satisfaction, and onboarded employees by training new-hires on all operational aspects to cultivate a successful and self-sufficient team. Sean Karanian attended Mansfield Lake Ridge High School from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Sean then attended the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2019 to 2022, where they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management. In 2021, they also obtained the Power BI Top Skills certification from LinkedIn.
