Steven Yoo, CFA

Steven Yoo, CFA has extensive experience in the finance industry. Steven began their career in 2007 as a Private Equity Intern at MTN Capital LLC, followed by a Senior Associate role at KPMG LLP. In 2010, they joined Laird Norton Company as an Associate and Senior Analyst. In 2015, they were hired as a Director and Investment Associate at Privateer Holdings. In 2018, they were appointed as Vice President and Director of Corporate Development at Tilray. In 2020, they became a Principal at Subversive Capital and most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Texas Original Compassionate Cultivation.

Steven Yoo, CFA completed a Certificate Program in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business between 2003 and 2007. Steven also holds a CFA certification.
