Tom Sharpe

Tom Sharpe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at Jackson-Shaw Company and KDC Real Estate Development & Investments, Sharpe also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Compatriot Capital, Inc., where the focus is on creating enterprise value through partnerships and investments in real estate. As President of JTS Financial LP, Sharpe manages deal origination and investment strategies for a multi-generational family office. In addition to chairing Hail Alert Technologies, LLC, Sharpe has been a board member for several companies, including Silverstone Senior Living, Gerrity Group, JLB Partners, and Albion Residential. Sharpe's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford University and two master's degrees in Business Administration and Engineering/Industrial Management from Duke University and Old Dominion University, respectively.
