Elizabeth Long

Community Health Educator at CompDrug

Elizabeth Long has gained a range of work experience in various roles within the health and education sectors. Elizabeth began their professional career as a Summer Camp Counselor at YMCA in 2014. In 2015, they interned at AIDS Resource Group and also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at the University of Evansville. In 2016, they worked as a Direct Support Professional at The MENTOR Network and as a Pre Kindergarten Teacher at Primrose Schools. In 2018, they became a Community Health Educator at South Jersey AIDS Alliance, and in 2019, they worked as a Teacher at Songbird Academy. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Graduate Student at Loyola University Chicago. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Community Health Educator at CompDrug since 2021.

Elizabeth Long attended the University of Evansville from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Elizabeth pursued a major in Sociology and Psychology and minor in Gender and Women's Studies. Later, in 2019, Elizabeth enrolled at Loyola University Chicago, completing their Master's degree in Sociology in 2021.
