Jody Hurt

Jody Hurt Ph.D. is a Psychologist and Chief Clinical Officer at CompDrug, a position he has held since 1993. Dr. Hurt holds Fellow status in the American College of Forensic Examiners and has recognized forensic specialties in the areas of general psychology, substance abuse psychology, and psychological assessments, evaluation and testing. He received his doctorate from The Ohio State University in 1988 and became a licensed psychologist in the state of Ohio in 1989. Dr. Hurt directs the development and implementation of all clinical treatment programs at CompDrug. He has shared his expertise over the years as a conference presenter focusing on topics of substance abuse and treatment, co-occurring disorders, psychological assessment and testing, dissociative disorders, developmental trauma disorder, complex trauma syndrome and PTSD.
