Jim Roberge

Jim Roberge has extensive experience in the financial industry, particularly in agricultural lending and diversified markets. Jim is currently serving as the Chief Diversified Markets Officer at Compeer Financial since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending at Farm Credit Services of America from March 2012 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as the Regional Vice President at CoBank from February 2009 to March 2012 and as the Senior Vice President, Capital Markets and Transportation Services at CoBank/Farm Credit Leasing from October 2005 to February 2009.

Jim Roberge pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College between 1986 and 1990. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at Cardinal Stritch University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 1991 to 1994.
