Rich Hebl

Rich Hebl has extensive experience in the financial industry. Rich worked at Compeer Financial from 2008 to the present, starting as a Senior Credit Officer where they underwrote and approved various commercial deals. Rich then became a Credit Team Leader, overseeing the Rural Capital Network and Agribusiness groups and serving on the credit committee. In 2020, they were promoted to Director Of Credit before becoming the Vice President of Credit Wholesale in January 2021.

Prior to their time at Compeer Financial, Rich worked at US Bank from 2004 to 2008, initially as a Portfolio Manager where they managed a credit portfolio and conducted credit analysis. Rich was then promoted to Vice President - Private Banking, focusing on marketing financial products to healthcare groups.

Before joining US Bank, they worked at Comerica Bank as a Credit Analyst, performing credit analysis for small to midsize businesses.
