Flora Valdivia

Flora Valdivia has extensive experience in human resources and administrative management, currently serving as Product Owner at Compensa Capital Humano since July 2012. Prior to this role, Flora was Gerente Middel Office from March 2008 to February 2011, overseeing administrative operations for large companies with outsourced compensation and benefits services. Earlier experience includes a position in telephone support for Banco Sabadell and Caixa Manlleu at Grupo MST from October 2007 to March 2008, where Flora managed client inquiries and account operations. Flora holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School, completed in 2012.
