Bonnie Schindler is currently serving as a Principal at Compensation Advisory Partners since February 2019. Prior to this role, she was a Founding Partner at Vivient Consulting from October 2002 to February 2019. She has also worked as a Principal at Mercer Human Resource Consulting, a Senior Associate at SCA Consulting, and as a Senior HR Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Bonnie holds an MBA in Finance, Accounting, and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Journalism from Northwestern University, and a BS in Journalism from Northwestern University.
