Dan Laddin has been a Partner at Compensation Advisory Partners LLC since September 2009. Prior to that, Dan worked as a Principal at Mercer Consulting from 2001 to 2009, where he led projects in executive compensation and incentive plan design. He also has experience as a Senior Auditor at Berdon LLP from 1994 to 1997. Dan holds an MBA in Strategic Management & Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BS in Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY.
