Melissa Burek is the Founding Partner at Compensation Advisory Partners. Prior to founding the company, Melissa worked at Mercer Human Resources Consulting as a Principal from 1998 to 2009 and at KPMG as a Director from 1992 to 1998. She holds an MBA and a BBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
