Susan Schroeder is a seasoned executive compensation consultant currently serving as a Partner at Compensation Advisory Partners since February 2019. With extensive experience in the industry, Susan co-founded Vivient Consulting LLC, where Susan worked from October 2002 to February 2019. Prior roles include Principal Consultant at Mercer and Senior Associate at SCA Consulting, alongside leadership positions in the real estate sectors at Wells Fargo and First Interstate Bank. Susan has been a board member for the National MS Society, Southern California and Nevada Chapter since 2008. Educational achievements include an A.B. in Economics from Occidental College and an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management, with high academic accolades from Westlake High School.
