Itay Ianco's work experience includes a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Itay started their career at El Al Israel Airlines as a Senior Flight Attendant, where they provided exceptional service to important passengers and supervised a team of flight attendants. Itay then worked at BDO Israel as an Account Manager, where they managed projects related to sustainability and corporate responsibility for various companies. After that, they joined Shikun & Binui as the Corporate Social Responsibility Team Manager, leading sustainability and corporate responsibility projects and managing the department's budget. Itay then transitioned to Check Point Software Technologies as a Procurement and Customer Service Specialist, where they utilized their expertise in IT procurement, negotiation, and data analytics. Following that, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Raycatch - AI Diagnostics for Solar Energy, ensuring outstanding onboarding experiences for new customers and building strong customer relationships. Currently, they are working at Compete as a Senior Customer Success Manager, leading the customer success team and collaborating with other departments to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Itay Ianco completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability and Government from Reichman University from 2012 to 2015.
