Tracey-Lee Cloete is an experienced professional with a diverse background in learning experience design, public health, and audiology. Currently serving as a Learning Experience Designer at Competitive Capabilities International since June 2022, Tracey-Lee focuses on crafting performance-driven learning experiences. As the Managing Director of Strive Community Support Centre NPC since August 2021, Tracey-Lee leads initiatives aimed at empowering individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds in Cape Town. Tracey-Lee previously held the position of Lecturer in Audiology at the University of Cape Town from February 2008 to May 2022, where responsibilities included academic leadership and the advancement of social responsiveness. Early career experience includes working as a Senior Audiologist with the Western Cape Department of Health, during which Tracey-Lee managed community health projects and established significant audiology programs. Tracey-Lee holds a BSc and MSc in Audiology from the University of Cape Town and is currently pursuing further education at the University of the Western Cape.
