Leon Hachat has an extensive work experience in various companies. Leon started their career in the US Army serving as a Protocol Officer for the US Secretary of Defense before joining Boeing as a Program Engineer. Later, they worked as a Supervisory Intelligence Analyst and Branch Chief for the FBI. Leon then joined Raytheon as a Software Engineering Manager, Business Development/Capture Manager, and Senior Manager Competitive Strategy & Price to Win. Finally, they co-founded Competitive Data Analytics where they currently hold the position of Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various roles such as leading engineers, managing R&D budget, directing and advising teams of analysts, briefing senior government officials, and securing major contracts.
Leon Hachat attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. In 2005, they attended the Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for a brief period and specialized in Managing Change. From 2016 to 2019, they returned to school at Dallas Baptist University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, General.
