Bryan P. Decort

Bryan P. DeCort is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience across multiple leadership roles in the industry. Currently serving as Principal at C4 Hospitality Holdings, LLC and General Partner at Competitive Social Ventures, LLC, Bryan focuses on creating competitive social entertainment brands. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Hotel Equities, Bryan led enterprise-wide growth and profitability for a portfolio of over 285 hotels, generating more than $1.4 billion in revenue. Bryan's earlier roles include Senior Vice President at Towne Park, where responsibilities encompassed leading a large team and overseeing financial performance for numerous luxury hospitality sites, and Executive Vice President at AAA Parking, driving strategic growth across North America's luxury service locations. Bryan began a career in senior leadership at Marriott Hotels, demonstrating a passion for servant leadership throughout. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Hospitality Management from East Carolina University and the University of Central Florida.
