Shani Ben Shabat

Shani Ben Shabat has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shani started their career at IDF Intelligence Corps as an Information Security Manager, where they conducted security interviews and managed security clearance. In 2016, they joined Razor Labs and later Compie Technologies, where they held the roles of Human Resources Manager and progressed to become the Human Resources Director. In these positions, they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and overseeing attendance and payroll operations. Shani's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR strategy planning and implementation, management development, and taking care of employees' professional and personal concerns.

Shani Ben Shabat earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Tel Aviv University from 2013 to 2016. Following this, Shani pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bar-Ilan University, completing it from 2020 to 2022.
