Naresh Kumar Inna has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Naresh Kumar'smost recent position is as the CTO and SVP of Engineering at Compile Inc., which they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Memhive and served as its CEO from January 2020 to April 2022.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Naresh worked at Tegile, A Western Digital Brand, where they held multiple roles. Naresh Kumar started as a Senior Systems Engineer in October 1998 at TATA Infotech Ltd (formerly TATA UNISYS LTD) and worked there until December 2001. Following that, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Lead Engineer in January 2002 and stayed until September 2008.
