Pratap Mukherjee

Pratap Mukherjee has extensive experience in executive coaching, finance, and leadership roles. Their most recent position is as the CEO of Flywheel Management, LLC, where they provide executive coaching and CFO services to portfolio companies. Pratap also serves as the CFO on a contract basis for Compile, where they assist with financial management. Additionally, Pratap has worked as an Executive Coach, CFO, and CPO on a contract basis for Feeling Good Institute, Cascade Technology Services, Atro, and Doneboard.

Earlier in their career, Pratap was the CEO of Kinetix Technology Services, LLC, where they led the company's growth from $800K to $16M annual revenue and successfully sold the company. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Recurve, Inc. (formerly Sustainable Spaces), overseeing product development, marketing, and business development. Pratap also co-founded and led Beacon Fire & Safety, LP, a fire protection service company that was sold for over $25M.

Furthermore, Pratap was the CEO of BestOffer.com, where they launched a web marketplace for used car transactions. Despite facing challenges during the financial market downturn, Pratap managed all aspects of the company's operations.

Pratap Mukherjee has an extensive education history with a focus on business, education, engineering-economic systems, and quantitative economics. Pratap completed their undergraduate studies at Stanford University, earning an AB in Quantitative Economics from 1988 to 1992. Pratap then pursued an M.S. in Engineering-Economic Systems in 1992, also from Stanford University. Continuing their education at Stanford, Pratap Mukherjee obtained an M.A. in Education and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, both completed between 1996 and 1998.
