Raimonda Pilipaviciute

Raimonda Pilipaviciute serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Complaer, starting in December 2023. Previously, Raimonda held the position of General Manager of Operations during the post-merger integration at Perthera from February to July 2022, where the company enhanced its Precision Oncology capabilities through the acquisition of Oxygen Healthcare, which Raimonda co-founded and led as CEO from February 2021 to January 2022. Experience also includes roles in government relations and operations at Game Insight and IMI.VC, and significant contributions to the launch of Vilnius Tech Park as a board member.
