Thomas Montabord

Thomas Montabord is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Responsable recrutement at Compleo RH since July 2018, Thomas is responsible for defining job requirements in collaboration with clients. Previously, as a Consultant recrutement at EXPERT & MANAGER from September 2015 to February 2018, Thomas managed the entire recruitment process for various profiles, utilizing job boards and social media for sourcing. Thomas also held the position of Chargé de relations entreprises at SODIE from September 2012 to August 2015, where responsibilities included BtoB prospecting, organizing recruitment sessions, and facilitating workshops. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Commercial at Zodiac Aerospace in 2012. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from ISGP and a Licence AES from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
