Joseph F. West

Joseph F. West, ScD has held various roles throughout their career. Joseph F. is currently the President of Complete Care Management Partners, LLC (CCMP) since October 2023. Previously, they served as the Managing Director at Capgenus, where they focused on Population Health, Value-Based, and Data Analytics advisory for Medicaid and high-risk vulnerable populations. Joseph also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Florida Institute for Health Innovation from April 2021 to November 2022. Joseph F. has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and Northwestern University - The Feinberg School of Medicine. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Partner at NextLevel Health Partners, LLC, where they specialized in population health management and data analytics for culturally diverse populations. Joseph also worked as a Senior Epidemiologist and Program Director at Sinai Urban Health Institute and held roles as a Research Fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Chapin Hall at the University of Chicago.

Joseph F. West, ScD obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1989 and 1994. Joseph F. later pursued their Master's and Doctor of Science (ScD) degrees in Public Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, completing them between 1997 and 2004.
