Lisa McCollum

Lisa McCollum is a seasoned medical social worker with extensive experience in home health care and mental health services. Currently serving at Complete Home Health Care, LLC since 2015, Lisa coordinates social work services and client care within a multidisciplinary team. Lisa has also held roles at Mental Health Partners, providing individual and group psychotherapy while developing personalized care plans. As Director of Home and Community-based Services at Frasier Meadows from 2001 to 2015, Lisa expanded service delivery within a retirement community and played a pivotal role in admissions and marketing, achieving high occupancy rates. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion from Colgate University.
