Complex Appellate Litigation Group LLP

We take on high-stakes appeals nationwide, with special expertise in the California courts. Our lawyers are seasoned appellate attorneys, with extensive experience at elite law firms and behind the scenes of state and federal appellate courts. Few firms, if any, can match our level of knowledge about the courts, judges, and justices who will decide your case. All our lawyers have been handling appeals for a decade or more, so no one is learning on the job. And because we are a specialty boutique, our costs are often a fraction of what larger firms charge. The deep appellate expertise of our lawyers has been widely recognized. The members of our firm regularly receive awards and honors for their appellate accomplishments, publish expert articles on appellate topics, and teach other lawyers about appellate practice.
