Account Operations and Customer Success at Compliable Solutions

Chris Loach has worked in various roles in the past 20 years. From 2000 to 2010, they were the Store Manager at The UPS Store, where they drove customer service initiatives and managed all aspects of a fast-paced retail environment. In 2011, they were the Student Director at New Vintage, where they were responsible for directing student programs, performing public speaking in front of large crowds, and leading teams of volunteers. Chris was acknowledged for tripling the number of students within the program. From 2013 to 2022, they were at Signed360 / signingTRAC as the Operations Manager, where they ensured that all operations of a remote SaaS startup were executed in a correct, cost-effective, and timely manner, and in alignment with ever-changing requirements. Chris also hired, trained, and coached a top-performing team of 10 remote customer-facing employees. Currently, they are at Compliable as the Account Operations and Customer Success Manager.

Chris Loach attended Berklee College of Music and studied Music Business. Chris also obtained a certification as a California Notary Public and Signing Agent in 2002.
