Christine Reddy

Christine Reddy is the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel and Deputy Corporate Secretary for Fannie Mae, where she facilitates governance by the Fannie Mae Board of Directors and management-level committee. She also manages the legal team responsible for technology, operations, cybersecurity, data and procurement and intellectual property. She previously worked as the Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Public Broadcasting Service (PBS). Christine provided transactional, corporate governance, and regulatory legal counsel at prior firms, including Crowell & Moring LLP, National Association of Professional Employer Organizations, United Way of America and Paton Boggs, LLP. She holds a bachelor of arts from the University of Virginia, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and the Raven Society and was also selected as an Echols and Virginia State Scholar. She has a juris doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was named a Dillard Fellow.
