Peter M. has over 14 years of experience in customer service and service delivery roles. Peter began their career in 2007 as a Service Delivery Manager at CSC, where they were responsible for service delivery and management of the Dunn & Bradstreet account. In 2009, they moved to SunGard Availability Services, where they served as a Service Delivery Executive and was the primary contact point and customer support person, ensuring proper Service Delivery and overall customer satisfaction of contracted Managed Services. In 2012, they joined Upland RightAnswers as a Client Success Onboarding Manager, responsible for supporting the client's adoption, continued satisfaction and ongoing relationship between the client and RightAnswers.
