Previously, Gautham was a Team Leader for Lead Generation and a Subject Matter Expert/Quality Analyst at Salezcraft Global E-Services from March 2016 to May 2022, where responsibilities included call monitoring, providing trend data, and analyzing performance metrics. Gautham began the career as a Lead Generation Executive, focusing on outbound cold calling to generate qualified leads in the international market. Gautham earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology & Sciences, graduating in 2015, and completed a High School Diploma at Sri Chaitanya College of Education in 2011, along with a Middle School Diploma from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2009.
