Krupa Patel

Krupa Patel began their career in 2015 as a Student Counselor at Steady Steps - Student Centered Educational Program. In this role, they were responsible for administering all aspects of the institute search and admissions process, as well as educating students about trends in technologies and procedures to help them choose a course wisely. In 2017, they joined Complitech as an HR Manager, where they managed the complete recruitment life cycle including screening, short listing, interviewing and finalizing appointments for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Prior to this, they had also served as an HR Executive and Human Resources Trainee at Complitech.

Krupa Patel began their educational journey in 2001 when they attended Shree Vidyanagar School, where they completed their high school education in 2009. Krupa then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in BCA at St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad, which they completed in 2012. Following this, they obtained a Master's Degree in MCA from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2015.
