David Marley has over 17 years of leadership experience in the financial and technology sectors. As Chief Executive Officer of Comply Exchange Limited since April 2009, David has driven innovation in compliance solutions for financial institutions and multinational corporations. Prior to this, David held the position of Director of Innovation & Systems Design at Deloitte, focusing on identity products related to information reporting. Additional experience includes roles in product and strategy design at OLVAnet and systems partnership at HBOS EES. David earned an HND/BTEC in Electrical & Electronic Design from the Institute of Technology Southampton between 1980 and 1984.
