Dustin Johnson

Dustin J. is currently the Tax Research at ComplYant. Prior to this, they served as the Director of HR Compliance at Zimmer Biomet from September 2017 to July 2021 and as Managing Consultant - Healthcare & Life Sciences at Navigant from August 2011 to September 2017.

At Zimmer Biomet, Dustin oversaw all aspects of the Global Ethics & Compliance, Risk Management and Data Privacy programs to ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state laws and regulations as well as international laws and regulations. They also served as the internal Compliance Counsel for domestic metals and tissue & biologics business units, chaired the Global Ethics and Compliance Committee, and was the data privacy lead and chair of Internal Response Team for potential data security breaches.

At Navigant, Dustin developed risk-based Compliance Auditing & Monitoring plans for the organization, oversaw corporate Compliance Hotline and compliance investigations, and was the head of Environmental, Social & Governance initiatives (ESG) for the organization including carbon assessments and mitigation planning; diversity & inclusion projects; community involvement; and supply chain management.

Dustin J. has a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a degree in Media Arts from Butler University. Dustin is a lawyer specializing in intellectual property and health law.
