Luca G., MBA, has an extensive work experience in sales and management roles. Luca started their career as an Area Sales Manager for Southern Europe at Guangdong Hgc Heating & Ventilations Appliances in 2003 and was responsible for sales control, sales support, and PR activities. Luca then joined Sealed Air Corporation as a Sales & Data Administrator in 2007, where they managed financial and sales data control for the European market.

In 2008, Luca became the Regional Sales Manager for Southern Europe at Apacer. In this role, they coordinated a team of Account Managers and successfully reorganized the market, restructured the department and channel of distributors, and took charge of PR and communication tasks. Luca then moved on to work at Logitech in 2010 as an Asset Recovery Manager EMEA, where they were responsible for effective asset recovery of stock-lots and excess stock, as well as developing sustainable management strategies.

From 2011 to 2013, Luca served as the Sales Director EMEA at LBT Excess Limited, where they managed subordinate salespeople and developed and implemented an effective selling strategy for the business.

Most recently, Luca worked as a Sales Manager Southern Europe at Component Hardware Group. In this role, they led the region, set and achieved sales goals, developed and implemented sales strategies, built relationships with key customers, analyzed market trends, and reported on sales performance.

Throughout their career, Luca has demonstrated effective communication, leadership, negotiation skills, and an ability to achieve sales targets.

Luca G. has a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree from the University of Cumbria, which they obtained from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Parma from 1998 to 2003, specializing in Business Economics and Management.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Luca also holds several certifications. Luca obtained a certification in Self-Awareness from the New World of Work in December 2021. In October 2016, they acquired a Security Awareness certification from KnowBe4, Inc. Furthermore, Luca obtained an FCPA certification from the Component Hardware Group in June 2014. In April 2011, they obtained a UEFA B certification from KNVB. Luca also received an Oracle certification in September 2010. Lastly, in March 1999, they acquired a G.O.A.L certification from the Ministry of Defense.
