Josip Condric

Josip Condric, MBA, currently serves as Manager of Operations at Component Repair Technologies since January 2022. Prior to this role, Josip held positions including Plant Manager at PCC Airfoils from October 2019 to January 2022 and Manager of Plant Production at ORBIS Corporation from March 2018 to October 2019. Josip's extensive experience in operations management began at Swagelok, where roles included Production Supervisor, Team Lead, and Machine Programmer/Operator over an 18-year period. Josip has a proven track record in implementing lean production initiatives, resulting in significant reductions in setup times and improvements in production metrics. Josip holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Cleveland State University along with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the same institution.
