Ross Lunato

Ross Lunato has extensive experience in the thermal spray industry, currently serving as a Process Engineer at Component Repair Technologies since December 2010. Responsibilities include process refinement, technician training, parameter and masking development, equipment specification, and continuous improvement initiatives. Previous roles include Key Account Manager at Sulzer Metco (US) Inc., focusing on sales and territory development in the Ohio region, and Senior Field Service Engineer at Sulzer Metco, where thermal spray equipment installation and technical training were primary duties. Ross began the career as Thermal Spray Leadman/Technician at Component Repair Technologies, supervising production and developing methods and robotics programming. Ross is educated at Lakeland Community College and Mentor High School.
