Steve Talcott

Steve Talcott is an experienced maintenance professional with a background spanning over two decades in both the nuclear power and aviation industries. Currently serving as Maintenance Lead at Component Repair Technologies since June 2016, Steve has effectively transitioned from nuclear power maintenance to aviation, leveraging high standards and a commitment to excellence from both fields. Previous roles include Lead Maintenance Technician at Cast Nylons, Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor at Cristal, and Nuclear Electrical Supervisor at Constellation and FirstEnergy. Steve began a career in the electrical field as an Apprentice Electrician at Lyle Electric Inc. Steve possesses an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Lakeland Community College and has completed specialized training through the National Academy for Nuclear Training.
