Doug Norman

Doug Norman has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999 as a Retail Store Manager at Alltel Wireless. Doug then progressed to become a Business Customer Support Manager and Staff Manager-Business Customer Support, where they managed teams and achieved sales and service targets. In 2010, they joined ProtectCell as an Account Manager, responsible for maintaining account relationships and reaching sales expectations. Doug later became a Regional Manager, overseeing accounts in a 12-state region. In 2012, Doug joined Comporium as a Residential Sales & Service Manager, managing retail offices and implementing programs to increase sales. Doug is currently the Director of Retail and Online Sales & Services, providing oversight and direction for the execution of sales plans and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Doug Norman has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from Catawba College. Doug also has a certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
