Steve Feder has an extensive legal career, currently serving as General Counsel at CompoSecure since August 2014. Feder held similar roles at Score Pharma, Fire Engine RED, Interphase Systems, Yards Brewing Company, 21st Century Software, Tarsa Therapeutics, and Portico Systems, providing legal guidance and strategic support across various industries. As a founding member of GenCounsel, LLC, Feder helped launch a platform connecting seasoned in-house lawyers with businesses. Additionally, Feder served as EVP of Strategic Affairs and General Counsel for Formula Pharmaceuticals, Inc., contributing to the development of drug candidates for timely returns on investment. Feder holds a JD from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a BS in English Education from Temple University.
