Eleanor Starks

Eleanor Starks has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. One of their most recent roles was as an LMS and Content Specialist at Composites One since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Litera as a Global Learning and Development New Hire Orientation Specialist from July 2021 to January 2023. In this role, they managed a global orientation program and collaborated on instructional design projects using Articulate and the ADDIE model.

Before their time at Litera, Eleanor was a Product Consultant at Club Automation. From March 2019 to July 2021, they consulted and trained clients on a SaaS club management system and implemented a role-specific mentoring program. Eleanor also coordinated new hire training and handled scheduling management and reporting.

Additionally, Eleanor worked as a Barista Trainer at Starbucks from April 2017 to January 2019, where they trained new baristas and ensured compliance with company standards. Eleanor also served as a Peer Leader at Northeastern Illinois University from August 2018 to December 2018, facilitating student discussions and study sessions for a Statistics and Research Methods course.

Their earliest work experience was as a Customer Service Representative at Fifth Third Bank from December 2015 to August 2016. In this role, they performed customer transactions, handled confidential information, and promoted new products to customers.

Eleanor Starks completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Resources Development at Northeastern Illinois University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of Lake County from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Eleanor has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they completed the "Change Management Foundations," "Managing Stress for Positive Change," "Creating an HTML Email Newsletter," "Time Management: Working from Home," "Communication within Teams," "Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance," and "Improving Your Listening Skills" certifications through LinkedIn. Most recently, in October 2021, they obtained the "Virtual Instructional Design" certification from the Association for Talent Development (ATD).
