Finda Davis Pmp (Executive)

Finda Davis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at ALDI USA as an Assistant Manager and Pricing Analyst, where they focused on store management, employee training, and pricing analysis. Finda then moved on to Community Support Services, Inc. as a Service Coordinator/QIDP from 2015 to 2018. At this organization, they were responsible for coordinating services for individuals with disabilities.

In 2018, Finda joined Magid as a Pricing Analyst, where they conducted pricing analysis and market research to optimize sales and profitability. Finda also briefly worked at Easterseals as an Operation Coordinator/QIDP, overseeing case load operations and budget planning.

In 2019, Finda joined LSC Communications as a Pricing Analyst, where they managed key customer account pricing, investigated pricing issues, and updated system parameters for accurate pricing. Currently, they are employed as a Pricing Analyst at Composites One, where they focus on providing cost-effective rates to customers while maintaining business profitability.

Prior to their corporate roles, Finda served as the Executive Director of Breaking Chains Children Foundation from 2011 with responsibilities including budget planning, establishing policies and procedures, and building relationships with organizations.

Throughout their career, Finda has demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, making their a valuable asset in pricing analysis and operations coordination.

Finda Davis MBA (Executive), PMP has a strong educational background in business and psychology. Finda earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Northern Illinois University, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Spelman College, which they attended from 2008 to 2011.

In addition to their academic accomplishments, Finda Davis has obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2021. This certification highlights their expertise and competence in managing and leading projects effectively.
