Jim Dorff

Jim Dorff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Jim currently holds the position of Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics at Composites One since April 2023. Prior to their current role, Jim worked at Stryker for many years in various leadership positions. Jim served as the Director and Associate Director of Field Service, where they managed a team of 90-150 employees and led projects such as product recalls. Jim then progressed to become the Senior Director of North American Field Service & Customer Care, overseeing a team of over 430 employees and driving high growth in service orders and operating income. Jim achieved impressive growth rates and exceeded goals during their tenure. Before joining Stryker, Jim worked at the US Navy as a Financial Officer and Project Manager, where they ensured the delivery of results within the Material Support Division and spearheaded project certifications. Jim also served as a Supply Division Officer, managing material management, food service operations, and personnel pay records. Jim's experience demonstrates their strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and expertise in supply chain and logistics.

Jim Dorff earned their Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Managerial Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, completing it in 2007.
